Refund policy

At Truck Gear Pro, we stand behind the quality of our cargo securement and safety equipment.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused

• Item must be in original packaging

• Item must not show signs of wear, damage, or installation

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used binders, chains, straps, or safety gear

• Custom or special-order products

• Clearance items

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide photos of packaging and product

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
